Job Description

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products. You will be the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice, and introducing new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Offer after-sales support services and solutions to customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
• Review and understand technical requirements from clients to provide accurate product or service recommendations.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements, ensuring that the proposed solution meets their needs.
• Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and technical roles.
• Strong technical understanding of the products and services being sold.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
