Accounts Assistant (3 months contract)

Job Description

Preferably 2 years working experience in general accounting

→ Chemical MNC

→ Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays

→ 3 months contract position


Our Client is a MNC with innovation and expertise in the construction industry, providing advanced chemical solutions for new construction, maintenance, repair and renovation of structures.


Job Responsibilities:  

  • To ensure that payment to suppliers is accurate and timely.
  • Vouching of incoming invoices and matching to delivery orders and purchase orders
  • Checking of petty cash and expense claims
  • Updating of AP module in the ERP and cash book.


Job Requirement

  • Accounting / Commerce qualification preferred
  • Preferably 2 years' experience in general accounting
  • Preferably SAP B1 knowledge & adequate excel skills.

  • 8.30am - 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays
  • From S$2,800.00 to S$3,000.00
