Accounts Assistant (3 months contract)
Job Description
→ Preferably 2 years working experience in general accounting
→ Chemical MNC
→ Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays
→ 3 months contract position
Our Client is a MNC with innovation and expertise in the construction industry, providing advanced chemical solutions for new construction, maintenance, repair and renovation of structures.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that payment to suppliers is accurate and timely.
- Vouching of incoming invoices and matching to delivery orders and purchase orders
- Checking of petty cash and expense claims
- Updating of AP module in the ERP and cash book.
Job Requirement
- Accounting / Commerce qualification preferred
- Preferably 2 years' experience in general accounting
- Preferably SAP B1 knowledge & adequate excel skills.
