Job Description

  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9.00 am to 5.30 pm)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

  • Handle booking from customer and input cargo details on the booking list.
  • Attend email/call inquiry from overseas agents and shipper on various requirements and rates
  • Connect & Input all transhipment cargo to respective ports for export.
  • Prepare shipping LCL, FCL documentation.
  • Co-ordinate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing.
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with carriers / customers / suppliers / Warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

  • Preferably with min ‘O' level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years relevant working experience in Freight Forwarding industry.
