► Work Location: East (Company's transport at AMK/Sengkang/Tanah Merah/Tampines)
► Basic salary up to S$ 4,200
► Experienced in CargoWise implementation

Our client is a global leader specialized in international transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain management and packaging solutions with offices in over 20 countries.

Job scopes:

• This Super User provides a formalized network of embedded leaders who will serve as champions of ONE, support user adoption, and solicit feedback to maximize implementation success through the proactive engagement of end users
• Provide courteous, calm and reassuring support to end users
• Provide and support classroom trainings
• Creation and maintenance of the training material such as User Guide
• Provide assistance to CargoWise related requests such as performing system testing, develop and prepare test plans and data, and provide on-site user support during implementation
• Provide a system for feedback from users to designated Super Users to the Project Manager or Management to be able to make changes in a timely manner
• Other ad-hoc tasks (if any)

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree qualification
• Must have experience in freight forwarding with air / sea freight preferred
• Experience in using CargoWise
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and a good team player
• Ability to work independently
• Good understanding in Process Flow
• Help to lead change, increase end user adoption and shorten learning curve
