Our client specializes in the distribution of commercial vehicles.
Job Description:
- To lead and coach a team of sales representatives, enabling them to exceed their quotas consistently
- To run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth
- To monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the action that your team members can take to improve each month
- Provide encouragement to team members, include communicating team goals and identify area for new training and skill checks
- To foster a transparent, inclusive and achievement-oriented team culture
Job Requirement:
- Experienced in managing a team and in a quota carrying sales position
- Demonstrated a proven track record of overachievement against individual and team quotas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate behaviour change
- Required to ferry sales team members to different locations for sales visit purpose
- You don't mind traveling regularly for work
