Logistics Assistant (MNC/ Electronics Components/ SAP/ Woodlands)

Job Description

 

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 530pm
  • Location: Woodlands (Transport provided at Bedok & Tanah Merah)
  • MNC
  • AWS & VB Provided
  • Permanent position
  • experience in SAP preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receiving and repack the goods from suppliers to optimize shipment cost
  • Prepare proforma invoice and packing list for forwarder, have to separate invoices that need sub certificate
  • For sea shipment, check and tally report before sending out
  • Issue internal PO for sites, NPI or misc. order for stationary etc
  • Help Finance to check PO billing issues
  • Prepare and arrange courier for all Departments

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum ITE with 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Ms Excel & Ms Word, in particular)
  • Able to identify electronics components description
  • SAP System Knowledge/Experiences preferred
