QC Lab Technician (Jap. Chemical MNC / No exp OK!) 5 days / Jurong Island

Job Description

* Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm
* Locatino: Jurong Island
* Company transport provided
* Required to work OT and entitled to OT pay
* Good Salary Package! (Basic up to 2.5k + Allowances + OT + 4 - 4.5 months bonus)
* No expereince are welcome to apply, training provided
* Permenant role

Our client is an established manufacturing Japanese MNC chemical company

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and co‐ordinate in‐process and final products inspection
  • Co‐ordinate and confirm analysis items, timing, specification, and analytical methods for each analysis
  • Ensure prompt and efficient testing service to production department
  • Ensure the scheduled analysis is conducted correctly in accordance with analytical manuals
  • Ensure analytical equipment and apparatuses are maintained in good condition
  • Periodically calibrate analytical equipment and apparatuses as decided in quality procedures
  • Ensure analytical chemicals and standard solutions are kept in good conditions and maintained at the specified concentration and purity
  • Report the analytical results to the section or person requesting it
  • Maintain and update analytical manuals as and when appropriate
  • Conduct trend analysis on standard samples
  • Ensure that all analysis results are properly recorded
  • Prepare daily analysis report and update data in computer system

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in chemistry or science‐related discipline
  • Working experience in petrochemical plant an added advantage
