Receptionist/ Front Desk (up to S$2,500/ 5 days/ Bukit Timah)
Job Description
► Work Location: Bukit Timah
► 5 days, Retail hours
► Basic salary up to S$2,500
► Min. 1-2 years exp in handling Admin/ Receptionist duties
Our client is a leading property management company.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly attend to queries from visitors, guests, tenants and directing visitors.
- Provide directions for mall patrons and make announcements.
- Support marketing campaigns, lucky draws and promotions, and redemption of vouchers.
- Attend to all incoming calls, screen and direct the calls and taking messages.
- Responsible for courier arrangements, outgoing and incoming mails.
- General office administration, including but not limited to filing.
- Sorting mails and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Min. O' Level/ Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year relevant experience in Admin/ Receptionist duties
- Possess good verbal and writing skills
- Competent in MS Office
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
