Job Description

► Work Location: Bukit Timah
► 5 days, Retail hours
► Basic salary up to S$2,500
► Min. 1-2 years exp in handling Admin/ Receptionist duties


Our client is a leading property management company.


Responsibilities:

  • Promptly attend to queries from visitors, guests, tenants and directing visitors.
  • Provide directions for mall patrons and make announcements.
  • Support marketing campaigns, lucky draws and promotions, and redemption of vouchers.
  • Attend to all incoming calls, screen and direct the calls and taking messages.
  • Responsible for courier arrangements, outgoing and incoming mails.
  • General office administration, including but not limited to filing.
  • Sorting mails and prepare reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Min. O' Level/ Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in Admin/ Receptionist duties
  • Possess good verbal and writing skills
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
