Secretary/ Personal Assistant (basic up to S$4,000/ Central/ 5 days)

Job Description

► Work Location: Central
► Work hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
► Basic salary up to S$ 4,000 + AWS + VB
► Min. 2 years' experience in Secretary/ Personal Assistant role


Our client is one of the leading logistics companies in the ASEAN region.

Job scopes:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Director.
  • Handle all coordination and correspondences matters of the Director
  • Perform data entry, filing and verify documents to ensure accuracy of data collected
  • Answer phone calls, email and record of minutes
  • Schedule internal/ external meetings and conferences
  • Maintain and keep proper records of confidential documents
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by Directors



  • Min. GCE ‘O' level/ Diploma Business Administration or relevant
  • At least 2 years of Personal Assistant experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Meticulous with good organizational and research skills
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
  • Self-driven, Enthusiastic and able to work independently
