Sales Support Executive (6 months contract maternity cover from May to Nov 2021)
Job Description
→ At least 2 years in import/export documentation
→ Work Location: Harbourfront (near MRT)→ European Automobile MNC
→ Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Fridays
→ 6 months contract for maternity cover to start mid May to mid Nov 2021
Our Client is a European MNC, focused on the premium segments of the international automobile markets.
Objective:
- To support the sales team in logistics arrangement and market report.
Responsibilities:
- Handle logistics arrangement (import & export) of cars with relevant parties. Coordinate with HQ from ordering to shipment.
- Accurate declaration of customs duties; generate invoices for duty payment cars.
- Prepare market commentary; maintain the business development activity database.
- Update of weekly/monthly reports; perform data analysis.
- Assist in preparing materials for sales presentation.
- Check claims for sales supports.
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- GCE O level & above
- Min 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferably with freight forwarding/ shipping experience.
- Knowledge of Tradenet declaration preferred.
- Team player, excellent communication skills.
- Preferably with some experience in data analysis.
- Good in MS office
