Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring insurance job progress.
Ensure full documentation of all insurance claims.
Job costing and finalising with the surveyor.
Follow-up on insurance debts.
Process third party claim.
Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a NITEC certificate.
At least 2 to 3 year of working experience in administrative role.
Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good communication and able to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate with knowledge in insurance claims will have added advantage.
