Client / Account Servicing Executive
Job Description
►Office hour, Monday to Fri 9 to 6pm

►Very established and one of the top leading companies in Singapore with more than 20 years of history. Services provided such as large format printing, fine art printing, cutting services (laser and digital flatbed cutting services), design consultation, fabrication of Standee, POS /POP, display stands, customised packaging boxes, installations etc
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client servicing
Handle in-coming sales call enquires and sales orders
Maintain and manage existing clients accounts and increase sales for company
Liaise and negotiation with suppliers to get quotes and follow up
Prepare quotations for client
Maintain customer satisfaction
Liaise with internal departments to ensure clear work flows
REQUIREMENTS:
Proactive, disciplined, self-motivated individual with Visual Arts Background preferred
Base knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat is highly advantageous
Able to work well with clients and understand their needs
Ability to manage time and prioritize in effective manners
Prior experience in account servicing and sales coordination
