IT Support Engineer (MNC/ Contract/ Up to $2,800)
Job Description
Our client is a global service provider in international transport and freight forwarding.
Responsibilities:
• Perform Windows 10 migration.
• Support PC and IT related hardware purchase for new installations and replacements.
• Support IT full inventory list management
• Support in Email administration, configure email for users
• Act as a backup for IT exec for Level 1 IT support, coordination with vendors.
Requirements:
• Minimum NiTEC in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Good Technical troubleshooting skill on PC on Microsoft environment
• Familiar with Internet & system securities
• Good communication skills
