Job Description

Job responsibilities
1) To coach, guide, train and supervise the work of internal sales team
2) To provide pre-sales and technical support to customers
3) Liaising with internal departments to meet delivery dates
4) To perform ad-hoc assignments if required
5) To source and perform negotiation with mills/suppliers

Requirements
6) Minimum Degree/diploma in any engineering
7) Good product knowledge in pipes, fittings, structural steel, valves in the oil and gas/marine and offshore industries is mandatory
8) Good sourcing capability/connection for suppliers/mills/manufacturers from the same trade
9) Exposure in managing indoor sales team, able to coach and supervise juniors, at least 2 to 3 years experience in management.
10) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11) Have a strong sense of urgency, meticulous, excellent follow up, good negotiation and analytical skills.
12) Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines
13) Good project management
