Senior Accountant (MNC/ West/ Up to $4,500)

Job Description

Our client is a globally trading company and specialist in steel pipes.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the daily finance operations, monthly and year-end closing activities of the Company accounts.
• Prepare monthly management reports, such as P&L and Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Management Analysis and other relevant financial reports.
• In charge of the statutory reporting and tax compliance, including preparation of year end statutory reports, tax computation, GST reporting, government surveys and reporting.
• Participate in the budgeting / forecasting activities of the Company.
• Review and recommend improvement in the accounting processes and procedures.
• Training and mentoring junior staff.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, government agencies and various departments within the Company.
• Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• CA / CPA qualification preferred
• At least 5 Years' Experience in similar capacity
• Well versed in Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Able to work independently, meticulous and take initiatives
• Good interpersonal skills
