RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Management System which includes ISO 9001/ IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality engineering is in compliance with the framework of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
  • Perform Excursion Management leading to the coordination of corrective actions for internal and external errors (customer & supplier)
  • Responsible for Documentation Control system, FMEA system and execution of internal & external audits
  • Representation of company at customers/ suppliers with respect to quality management and quality assurance
  • Responsible for supplier quality management and is the primary quality interface with the suppliers

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical) or Science (Chemistry/ Physics) with 1 year of experience in audit and management system
  • Strong working knowledge of Management System; certified as internal quality auditor
  • Good knowledge of statistical techniques, quality tools (FMEA, QFD & SPC)
