Regional Commercial Manager (Tai Seng / 5 days / Salary up to S$8.5K)
Job Description
- 5 working day per week 8.30am - 5.15pm
- Salary up to S$8.5K + up to 3 months VB

You will be leading the newly-established commercial function with the mandate to transform the commercial strategy, planning and go-to-market plans as the business rapidly expands in the region by reporting to the Director and Head of Finance.
Furthermore, you will develop growth in agreed geographical territories, delivering customer focused activities in all aspects of account management, within the context of the company's overall business objectives, plans and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
By controlling and monitoring the institution and export product range, cost, selling price, distribution network and to assist implement marketing strategies, planning and objectives.
a) Feasibility Study
b) Regulatory Assessment
c) Competitor Analysis
d) Price Benchmarking
e) Value Chain Assessment
f) Forecasting
g) Packaging Assessment
2. Sales:
To develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the company.
a) Top Line Responsibility
b) Channel Segmentation & Strategy
c) Negotiation with key customers / channel heads
3. Trade Marketing:
Focus on developing and overseeing all aspects of marketing activities.
a) Budget Negotiation & Allocations
b) Merchandising Execution
c) Trade Marketing Promotions
d) Visibility Drives
e) Overall Marketing Overview
4. Total P&L Responsibility for set of brands assigned to the individual.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of ten years' relevant experience in field sales/commercial roles and/or trade marketing in the FMCG industry
- MBA Degree in a related field
- Strong local and regional distributor management experience
- Prior people management experience is advantageous
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools
