Shipping Executive (up to S$3K+AWS+VB/ 5 days/ West)
Job Description
Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of standard industrial components & equipment.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle all shipping documents at stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customer.
- Ensure accurate shipping records are in line with document keeping standards
- Coordinate import shipment documents with suppliers and arrange with forwarder for shipments timely deliver to warehouse.
- Attend to shipping inquiry and respond within the shortest timeframe.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure smooth operation on the operation.
- Prepare operation management reports and data analysis work.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Shipping/ Warehouse/ Logistics Management
- 1-2 years' relevant warehousing/ logistics experience
- Adaptable to fast pace environment
- Taking initiative, being a team player and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Meticulous, multi-tasking
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customers and solutions oriented
- Experienced in ERP systems and MS office specifically MS Excel & Access
