Job Description

►Business Consultancy firm offering professional HR and Accounting consultancy services to external clients
►Monday to Friday / 9am to 6pm / Very convenient work location in town area

Work scope

Accounting

 

  • Book-keeping for Clients
  • Electronic banking for BuS & Clients
  • Cash book maintenance for BuS & Clients
  • Cash report in Agresso
  • Monthly invoicing
  • GST reporting
  • Year-end audit support

 

Human Resource

 

  • Assist in full spectrum of HR and admin functions in an outsource environment
  • Maintain HRIS, claims and leave systems to ensure records are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain personnel files and records of employees
  • Respond to employees' enquiries on claims and leave
  • Prepare HR letters, documents and reports
  • Compile required data/information for payroll processing
  • Staff insurance administration

 

Pre-requisites

 

  • Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration/Studies or equivalent
  • Knowledge of accounting & human resource
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with Accounting and HR applications
  • Good working attitude and customer service focus
  • Meticulous and ability to multi-task
