Logistics cum Purchasing Assistant (East/ Up $2500/ SAP)

►Location: Changi South (Transport Provided at Bedok/ Tanah Merah)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and repack the good from suppliers to optimize shipment cost
- Prepare proforma invoice and packing list for forwarder, have to separate invoices that need sub certificate
- For sea shipment, check and tally report before sending out
- Issue internal PO for sites, NPI or misc. order for stationary etc
- Help Finance to check PO billing issues
REQUIREMENTS
- ITE and above
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably has SAP System Knowledge/Experiences
