Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ability to draft professional email respond back to customer
• Familiar with smart TV operation and mobile application (download application / install/uninstall)
• Familiar with internet surfing on the PC

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N' level & above
• Willing to perform 12 hours shift
• Good communication skills
• Customer service oriented
