- To work closely with the production shift leader to deliver requirements at targeted cost, quality and delivery
- Maintaining good level of discipline in production shop floor
- Ensure tasks are performed according to work instructions
- Lead the shift team to meet production targets
- Analyze and resolve production line issues
- Escalate and follow-up on unresolved production issues to ensure closure
- Encourage an environment of continuous improvements for all assigned products and processes
- Effectively communicate key issues to the Production Shift Leader
- Performs other adhoc tasks assigned by Production Shift to achieve Team objective
- Upon completion of training phase, trainee will be appointed as Assistant Shift Leader.
Qualification Requirements
- NITEC/Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any field of Engineering preferably Electrical / Electronic / Manufacturing / Mechatronics / Mechanical
- Candidate with relevant study are welcome to apply
- Experienced hires with 2 to 3 years of working experience are also welcomed
- Strong communication skills in English
