Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Liaise & maintain good relationship with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Ensure project schedules, key milestones, progress and developments are met accordingly.
  • Lead and manage the project teams to execute & complete projects within the deadline.
  • Resolve project issues (Operations & Technical) in a timely manner to prevent progress disruptions.
  • Provide effective leadership to project team, sub-contractors, suppliers & vendors.
  • Requirements

 

 

Requirement

 

  • Minimum a Diploma in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical (Mechatronics) Engineering.
  • Substantial Electrical (LV & HV) & basic Mechanical knowledge are essential.
  • Knowledge in building / critical facilities Power management, Uninterruptible Power Supplies or Standby Generators are highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, capable of managing & coordinating sub-contractors/ suppliers/vendors both on & off site to meet project deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the customer.
  • Possess adequate project (Construction & AA works) experiences.
  • Possess a minimum valid Class 3 license
  • Knowledge of computer software applications (Eg: ACAD, MS Projects, MS Office, etc.) will be an added advantage.
