Customer Service Executive (Up to S$3300/ OverNight Shift/Cantonese Speaking)
Job Description
- Working hours: 10pm-7am / 11pm-8am (Night shift allowance given)
- Working days: 5 work day, Need to commit weekend (depending on shift)
- Working location: central
- High call volume working environment/ Fast paced environment/ call center enviroment
- To deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the member has the best experience each time they call.
- You will handle a high volume of calls
- Need to engage with the member to understand their needs, interests and requirements in order to connect the member with the appropriate department or specialist.
- Basic research for the customer's need.
Requirement
- Min Diploma or Degree in business related field.
- No experience are welcome
- Speak fluent Cantonese to laise with with chinese associate.
- The ability to work independently and perform well with little supervision
- Dedication to customer satisfaction, show a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy and demonstrating excellent problem solving skill
- Good research skill
- The ability to multitask and handle several projects at the same time
