WMS Support Engineer (MNC/ West/ Up to $3,500 + AWS + VB)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to WMS users
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Root cause analysis
• Liaise with vendor and/or regional IT to close issues
• Develop support documentation
• Manage continuous improvement projects
• Liaise with operations and/or customers to gather business requirements
• Liaise with regional team and/or vendor to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Perform configuration and test in WMS
• Go live support

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Prior experience in WMS system
• Good in project management and communication skills

Salary From S$2,800.00 to S$3,500.00
