Operations Analyst (MNC/ East/ Up to $4,200)

Job Description

Our client is a global service provider in international transport and freight forwarding.

Responsibilities:

• To analyze monthly GM performance and Loss Files report of each respective Business units.
• To generate anlytical reports for the management.
• To maintain and control Credit Note / Job Accural Adjustment Log
• To engage in Job file Cost Management
• Supplier / Vendors related matters / Dispute Listing Clean Up
• To make recommendations for imrpovements and corrective actions.
• To troubleshoot any issue
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• Experience in freight forwarding with air/ sea freight is added advantage
• Strong in data mining and analysis
• Proficient in Ms Office, VBA, Macro, Tableau
• Good interpersonal & communication skills

Salary From S$3,500.00 to S$4,200.00
