Admin Coordinator (Yishun/5working days/Up to S$2200)
Job Description
Job Responsibility
- General administration support to department including preparation of quotation, material submittal, work statement, risk assessment and submission of monthly progress claims, material purchasing, shipment etc.
- Responsible for department documentation filing management system and its maintenance
- Responsible for inventory management including updating of stock details, stock count, generation of report, etc
- Coordination among internal & external parties on necessary training prior project commencement
- Participate in system audit and review the project documentation system regularly
Job Requirement:
- Min O level educational
- Good communication skill and good wroking attitude
- Prefer 1 year of working experience in administrative spec.
