Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Follow up on orders with origin and advise solution to customer

Reporting

Billing process

Co-ordinate with customer and overseas office on shipment status for drop shipment

Spot quotation for in-house customer

Support sales team on quotation

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

1-2 years or above experience in freight forwarding

Strong operation and process background in freight/air/sea freight forwarding

Good command of English and Mandarin will be an added advantage

Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Customer-oriented , detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and solve problem independently

Hands on when handling operations related matter
