Job Description

Our Client, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of valves, actuators and controls solutions providing market-leading products, services and innovation for the most challenging applications throughout the energy and process industries.

JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent will be responsible to pick up and deliver job items between our service workshop and customer sites. He/She will also be required to load and unload items or move item upon arrival at designated site by the use if forklift or light cranes where necessary while adhering to the safety requires both in the workshop and at the customer sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform collection and delivery of job items between service workshop customer sites
• Load / Unload items upon arrival with use of forklift/lifting equipment where needed
• Coordinate with shipyard personnel/owner to go onboard ship for endorsement if the Delivery Order
• Adhere to safety requirements at all times
• Perform general help as needed at the service centre
• Ensure EHS compliance operational excellence;
• The Business Title, Job Title, Job Grade and/or scope of responsibilities may be altered from time to time and as required by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Secondary School or ITE education
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Valid Class 3 or 4 driving licence with good driving records
• Willing to work in Tuas and able to work overtime when needed
• Forklift licence will be advantageous
• Familarity with delivery to and from Jurong Island will be a plus

Additional Information:

• Working location: West (Tuas)
• Working hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
• Salary: Basic is up to S$2K 
• Yearly Renewable Contract
