Our client is an established experiential event agency with offices in Singapore and China that specializes in the luxury, lifestyle, corporate and FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with events teams to manage events for luxury, corporate and premium lifestyle clients.
• Conducts quality end-to-end events management, from pre-event planning, sourcing and proposal assistance to on-site event execution.
• Assists in day-to-day co-ordination and management of event operations and administration needs.
• Actively brainstorms ideas, sourcing and contacting suppliers.
• Involved in crafting effective and creative proposals, and able to negotiate and manage suppliers' relationships.
• Able to conduct market research to understand pricing trends, industry dynamics, and supplier cost structures within the luxury, corporate and premium lifestyle industry.
• Supports other ad-hoc tasks in research and proposals as required.

 

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years' experience with successfully managing and handling of premium lifestyle events, or other related field (or equivalent experiences). Those without are most welcome to apply as well.
• Academic qualifications in Event Management, Fashion Design, Art, or related qualification are preferred.
• Possess keen interest in high-end luxury and fashion industry and pays great attention to detail.
• Technologically inclined, with Software skills in Microsoft suites especially PowerPoint or Keynote, knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and video editing will be an advantage.
• Good writing and communication skills, with outgoing personality.
• Highly motivated and efficient, with a drive for excellence in work standards and an effective communication skill.
• Very resourceful, especially with venues and vendors sourcing.
• Possess a strong negotiation skill, including the ability to create win-win outcomes.
