Customer Service Executive (Air & Sea Freight)
Job Description
Our client is experienced in handling any kind of cargoes from garments, trade exhibits, live fishes, personal effects, repatriation, and industrial shipment to project cargo.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the Customer Service department
- To liaise with air and sea carriers
- To liaise with customers
- To handle documentation works for daily operation matters
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level
- Able to communicate and write English
- Experience in Microsoft Office and emails
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passion in learning and accept nature of task
- Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
- Open to no experience candidate, as long willing to learn
