Customer Service Executive (Air & Sea Freight)


Job Description

Our client is experienced in handling any kind of cargoes from garments, trade exhibits, live fishes, personal effects, repatriation, and industrial shipment to project cargo.


Responsibilities:

 

  • To assist in the Customer Service department
  • To liaise with air and sea carriers
  • To liaise with customers
  • To handle documentation works for daily operation matters

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum GCE O level
  • Able to communicate and write English
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and emails
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Passion in learning and accept nature of task
  • Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
  • Open to no experience candidate, as long willing to learn
