Job Descriptions:

  • Oversees full spectrum of HR functions for Singapore, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, performance and talent management, recruitment and training and development.
  • Work with outsourced payroll vendor for all aspects of payroll and eleave system.
  • Responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment processes and employee on-boarding/off-boarding activities
  • Organize and support employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Support key compensation and benefit activities such as Salary Increment, Performance Bonus, Promotion and Manpower Budgeting exercise
  • Oversees and carry out the daily HR administrative and operational works.
  • Perform general office administrative duties such as stationary / pantry requisition and maintenance of office equipment or facilities.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in in Human Resource or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resource generalist within manufacturing industry
  • Experience in SAP / Oracle system is added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of employment/manpower regulations, government schemes and industry/HR best practices.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management experience to drive changes and innovation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and comfortable to perform as individual contributor
  • Can start immediately or short notice will have added advantage.
