Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business management departments across retail, e-commerce and exhibitions to understand market prices and trends, and disseminate information internally and externally
• Market research and lead sourcing of potential sales prospects (both SMEs and MNCs)
• Liaising with various stakeholders' inter-department to ensure client happiness and entitlements are fulfilled, intervening where needed
• Responding to inquiries from customers in existing businesses, collaborating with business companies in charge, and intervening in rate and quality issues
• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and product features adoption

Job Requirements

• Experience working in an omnichannel retail environment or marketing agency
• High level of business acumen with a nimble business mind, analysing and interpreting trends to execute creative solutions
• Ability to think strategically as well as tactically, demonstrating structured thought processes and critical thinking skills
• Strong influencing/persuasion skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and maintain business relationships with key clients
• Strong knowledge of trends in the eCommerce and Retail industry to affect the strategy/direction of the product solutions
• Experience with planning and executing offline marketing materials such as Point of Sales Materials (POSMs)
