Site Manager (Construction / High-Rise Project / A1 main-con) CBD
Job Description
*5.5 days work week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12pm
*Location: CBD
*High-rise project, Office Building
*Experience in high-rise commercial office building project is a must
*1 year contract job and renewable
Our client is a Korean MNC A1 main con company
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
- Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials, equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on regularly
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Responsible for Site coordination with the Client and Consultants
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
- At least 15 ~ 20 years in Building Projects / Construction Industry
- Experience in High-rise Building in confined city area
