  • Internal and external excursion management (MRB / Quality Claims)
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC) system set up and maintenance, including control limits setting, response rules and ensure out of control action plan is followed; liaison with Germany & USA quality team to align SPC system implementation
  • Customer data reporting
  • Conduct SPC / Quality related training
  • Support customer survey and audits
  • Continuous improvement activities
