Job Description

► Work Location: East (Company's transport at Yishun, Admiralty, AMK, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris MRT stations)
► Basic salary up to S$ 3,400 + AWS +VB
► 12 hours rotating shift (Day Shift 9am - 9pm/ Night Shift 9pm - 9am)

Our client is a global leader specialized in international transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain management and packaging solutions with offices in over 20 countries.

Job scopes:

• Direct communication with Airlines on space allocation
• Airlines Rates Procurement and negotiation
• Maintain good carrier relationship
• Update and disseminate carriers' notices / information on surcharge updates
• Good knowledge of flight routes & visibility of airline costing
• Planning daily shipment bookings and optimization of loading plan with reference to daily allotment
• Co-ordinate with export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation, electronic data transfer and invoicing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support, high customer satisfaction, high productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years' experience in Airfreight
• Possess excellent interpersonal and technical skills
• Experience in Cargowise System will be added advantage
• Willing to take on challenges
• Resourceful, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on 12 hours rotating shift
