Business Development & Marketing Manager


Job Description

 

  • Location: CBD Area
  • Working Hours: Mon- Fri (8:30am - 6pm)
  • Candidates with BD and marketing experience is a plus!
  • Salary basic + Commissions

 


Job Description:

 

  • Assist in formulating business development plans and strategies
  • Identify and research key markets, growth sales, customer needs and prospective clients
  • Drive sales for both Arbitration Dispute Resolution (ADR), Non ADR, events and services
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with new and existing customers
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through emails, calls and site tours
  • Sales-presenting to prospective clients and stakeholders (eg, law firm presentations)
  • Build vendor relationships to grow the company network
  • Plan, develop and execute events to engage clients, institutional partners, stakeholders and sponsors
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing activities across a range of channels with the Marketing & Communications team (Website/ Social Media/ Events/ Email/ Google Analytics). Maintain Social Media accounts
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Bring in new business/ bookings and sponsorship value
  • Host online events, physical events at MCPL
  • Other responsibilities as and when assigned

 

 

Requirements and Skills:

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, sales or relevant field
  • Proven working experience in business development, sales or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in marketing and/or customer support is a plus
  • A team player, strong communication and negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge in design and video editing software is a plus
