Business Development & Marketing Manager
Job Description
- Location: CBD Area
- Working Hours: Mon- Fri (8:30am - 6pm)
- Candidates with BD and marketing experience is a plus!
- Salary basic + Commissions
Job Description:
- Assist in formulating business development plans and strategies
- Identify and research key markets, growth sales, customer needs and prospective clients
- Drive sales for both Arbitration Dispute Resolution (ADR), Non ADR, events and services
- Develop and maintain client relationships with new and existing customers
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through emails, calls and site tours
- Sales-presenting to prospective clients and stakeholders (eg, law firm presentations)
- Build vendor relationships to grow the company network
- Plan, develop and execute events to engage clients, institutional partners, stakeholders and sponsors
- Assist in the implementation of marketing activities across a range of channels with the Marketing & Communications team (Website/ Social Media/ Events/ Email/ Google Analytics). Maintain Social Media accounts
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Bring in new business/ bookings and sponsorship value
- Host online events, physical events at MCPL
- Other responsibilities as and when assigned
Requirements and Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration, sales or relevant field
- Proven working experience in business development, sales or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in marketing and/or customer support is a plus
- A team player, strong communication and negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously
- Knowledge in design and video editing software is a plus
