  • Monday to Friday 8am to 530pm

Job Description:

  • Handle customer accounts and ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with customer, internal designers, toolmakers, logistic team , material suppliers and vendor in the development of new products/tools
  • Able to communicate closely with customer and internal teams effectively
  • Provide leadership in ensuring project meets customer's timeline and expectation/specification
  • Update customers on project development and progress
  • Assist senior engineers to perform the above roles when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline
  • at least 1 years of related working experience, preferably in plastic injection moulding & tooling
