Job Description


  • Location: Ayer Rajah Crescent, walking distance from MRT!
  • 5.5 days' work week (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm, Sat/ Sun: Half day)
  • Basic up to $3k

Job Descriptions:

You will have the opportunity to help make a direct impact on clients (patients, families, and partner healthcare organizations) by helping them navigate the resources that are available.

  • Be the first touchpoint for customers; managing queries from clients with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate and timely information of services and convey value proposition to clients
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback or complaints
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media
  • Provide clients with guidance in setting up their accounts and booking services
  • Liaise with internal staff for allocation of cases
  • Identify improvements to the quality of the customer's overall experience
  • Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards


Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate is someone who has high energy, is self-motivated and adaptable
  • Beyond people skills, the ideal candidate must possess great communication skills and a positive, empathetic attitude at all times
  • A proactive approach to serving client
  • Ability to honour deadlines - ensure all tickets or clients' queries are resolved well within the deadline.
  • Ability to be composed, organised and demonstrate professionalism under pressure
  • Independent and also a strong team player
  • Ability to multitask, such as toggle between different platforms or IT systems
  • Proficiency in English and a second language is preferred
  • 44-hour workweek
  • The ability to converse in Mandarin would be a bonus to smoothly converse with Chinese speaking clients
