Client Servicing Executive (General Insurance/ Up $4500/ AWS/ Central)

Job Description

 

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Working Location: Near Bencoolen Station
  • AWS & VB Provided
  • Permanent Position
  • BCP, PGI, ComGI certified

Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of insurance broking tasks and processes relating to servicing of new and renewal clients' accounts in Commercial General Insurance.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Ensure retention and organic growth of clients' needs assigned to you.
  • Ensure timely production of insurance proposal, placement/broking slips, cover notes and policies.
  • Conduct renewal presentation to clients.
  • Work closely with claims team to ensure the client's claims are handled and managed promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist credit control department to follow-up on premium collections when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments which may be assigned as and when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Attained all relevant insurance certifications - BCP, PGI, ComGI.
