► Work Location: Raffles Place
► Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 5.40pm
► Basic salary up to S$ 7,000 + AWS + VB
► Must have experience in Group Consolidation/ knowledge on accounting for investment is a plus

Our client is a leading MNC in global energy and power generation business.

Job responsibilities:

• In-charge of the day-to-day accounting process, including preparation of the management accounts, bookkeeping, handle expenses and payments, preparation of invoices, perform bank accounts reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain financial databases, financial controls and coordinate the audit and tax process.
• Liaise with auditor, tax authorities and outsource vendors such as payroll etc.
• Handle accounting duties which are related to investment of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
• Assist in the treasury/ financial hedging activities.
• Assist the admin team in attending to queries and regular reporting to headquarters in Japan.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Accounting and/ or professional accounting qualification, with a minimum of 5 years of audit experience and/or commercial accounting experiences.
• Must have experience in Group Consolidation/ knowledge on accounting for investment is a plus
• A hands-on, detailed and self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of continuous self-improvement.
• Strong sense of work commitment and responsibility.
• Good communication skills. Ability to communicate in Japanese language (spoken/written) will be bonus in order to liaise with Japan headquarters.
