HR Recruitment Executive (In-house/ up to S$3.5K/ 5 days/ West)
Job Description
► Work Location: Bukit Batok
► Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
► Salary up to S$3,500
► Experienced in in-house recruitment, experience in hiring Cleaners is a plus
Our client is a leading supplier of hygiene and disinfection products and services.
Job responsibilities:
- Create, manage and execute overall manpower recruitment and placement system.
- Responsible for recruitment advertisements
- Conduct interviews with job applicants.
- Provide training to new joining staff.
- Manpower & operation management.
- Identify and participate in manpower Expo show and events.
Requirements:
- Min. GCE O' Level / Diploma holder
- Experienced in recruitment in the cleaning industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin (required to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates)
