Accounts & Admin Manager (Up to $5,000+AWS+VB/ 5 days/ Macpherson)
Job Description
Our client is a manufacturer of electronic components, precision tools and instruments.
Job responsibilities:
Accounts
- Key in all purchases - Operating Expenses
- Petty Cash Control
- Update all receipts into Accpac system
- Monitor customers' payments - Overdue accounts report, call or send reminders to customers
- Quarterly GST filing
- Monitor bank balances - transfer funds to Rep. Offices
- Month-end cheques issuance & payments to creditors
- Update of exchange rates monthly
- Monthly Financial Reports & Journals
- Handle Statements of Accounts - Customers & Suppliers
- Prepare & inform HQ about estimated remittance amount
- Half yearly stock-take reports
- Liaise with tax agents & auditors
Admin & HR
- Update punch cards - OT calculation
- Interview of new applicants.
- Handle Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Increment & Termination
- Payroll calculation
- Leave maintenance, employee handbook update
- Handle Employment Pass matters
- e-file CPF
- Yearly IR8A forms for staff
- Application and control of Government paid child care/ maternity leave
- Matters relating to office staff leave, attendance.
- Manage office purchases - Administrative, Staff Welfare
- Correspondence with all Government bodies
- Safe management officer - to ensure compliance with Safe Management Measures of the government
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma qualification in accounting/ other relevant field
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in handling accounting functions
- Able to work independently, high sense of responsibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with short notice period is a plus
