Senior Customer Service Executive

Job Description

►Seeking for prospective candidate to be groomed to a Supervisor / Managerial level
►Our client is a technology-intensive Global trading MNC specializing in electronics and electric machinery for industrial applications.
►Central working location (Nearest MRT - Bugis or Nicholl Highway)
►Work life balance, Mon to Fri, 830am to 530pm
►Healthy annual bonus payout, AWS + 1 to 2 months performance bonuses

Coordinate with Customers, Suppliers, Forwarders and Warehouse
Handle Purchase Order / Sales Order Processing and Generate invoices to customers
Update Delivery Schedules to Customers
Handle Pull In / Push Out / Cancelled Request from customers
Handle Shipping Discrepancy such as Quality problems and Shortages
Handle EOL Issues & Update master file
Prepare Customer's survey forms /Rohs / Reach
Planning of buffer stocks based on monthly forecast for customers
Assist to answer incoming calls
Assist to help serve tea to visitors
Any other requests from supervisor

Singaporean Only
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Team player and dynamic personality
Have 2 to 4 years working experience preferably in Customer Service / Sales Coordination
