Job Description

Key Responsibilities  

• Own and deliver the weekly and monthly sales forecast for the assigned territory
• Work closely with the FFE Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to ensure the sales targets are achieved Prospect new business (50%) and grow business with existing customers (50%).
• Identify, progress and close sales opportunities.
• Identify and close project business by influencing specifiers and EPCs in industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, transportation, etc.
• Maintain company's partner relationships, via account planning, forecasting and review processes.
• Support product and marketing activities to maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor and report market changes and competitor activity.
• Report, manage and analyze sales opportunities and customer activities through the CRM.

 Attributes 

• Degree educated in a technical or business discipline.
• Successful sales experience in an international organisation (min 3 years), ideally in Singapore.
• Experience of sales in the Fire Industry would be preferred, with experience in other regulated industries considered beneficial.
• Focused on understanding and solving customer problems. 
• Consultative approach with the ability to create long term trusted relationships with customers and partners. Proficient practitioner of sales processes and sales performance metrics Action Oriented, self-starter who is resilient and tenacious. 
• A team player with a high level of focus on and commitment to customers
• Sound skill set in Office suite, CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack) Ability to operate in a virtual environment and travel as necessary.
• Working knowledge of English and Mandarin language would be required.
