Onsite Service Engineer (No Experience OK/ AWS/ Woodlands/ 5 days)

► No Experience Welcome, Training Provided
► Working Location: Woodlands
► Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
► Basic $2000 to $2800 (commensurate with experience)
► Allowance + OT + AWS
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing Installation and commissioning activities
- Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customers' requirements.
- Responsible for providing basic faultfinding and troubleshooting support to their customers in line with contractual commitments, and/or customers expectations with minimum supervision.
- Able to provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve product issues
- Able to use SAP to accurately capture service related information as determined by the scope of responsibility for creation of field service notifications and orders, through to completion.
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electromechanical or an Eletronics discipline
- 1 to 2 years of field servicing experience. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as well.
- Proficient in understanding documents of a technical nature ( P & IDs, Wiring diagrams etc)
- Able to OT when required
