JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration
- Application and Renewal of S-Pass and Employment pass for foreign employees with MOM.
- Preparing of appointment letters for new staffs (for middle and junior levels).
- Managing Company's Group Medical and Hospitalization Insurance of all staffs.
- Renewal of motor insurance for Company's fleet.
- Managing of office consumable items e.g. stationaries, refreshment & drinks, washing, toiletries, etc.
Accounts
- In-charge of invoicing and credit notes of all products and factory fits sales.
- Costing of all freight and courier invoices.
- Managing of all Letter of Credit payment
Shipping and Logistics
- Managing of all collection and shipping of goods from the various factories, namely UK, Italy, Sweden, Germany, USA, China to Singapore.
- Managing all shipping logistics and dispatching of goods to local customers and overseas customers which includes drop-shipments ex-factories.

Qualifications & Technical knowledge:
Essential
• Diploma or recognized qualification in Shipping and Logistic
• Experience in collecting goods from overseas ie. UK, EU, US & China and dispatching goods to SEA.
• Experience in handling payment from customers, i.e. Letter of Credit, Down Payment, invoicing.
• Experience in using ERP system, i.e. Microsoft AX/D365
• Good command of English, (both spoken and written)
• Demonstrates strong commercial acumen & collaborative working across a variety of business units
