Our client is a global leader specialized in international transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain management and packaging solutions with offices in over 20 countries.

Job scopes:

• Perform full spectrum of recruitment process from screening applicants, interviews coordination, conducting reference checks, working on remuneration packages, making offers to candidates to successful closure.
• Work closely with respective departments and hiring managers to determine talent needs and to facilitate the process for talent acquisition
• Create job descriptions jointly with hiring managers and conduct job analysis
• Maintain a large network of qualified candidates to fill critical positions
• Keep HRBP updated on recruitment updates and progress
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment status
• Rationalize all recruitment channels in terms of rates, services, terms & conditions

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Human Resource Management or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years' experience in handling in-house recruitment activities
• Candidate with working experience in logistics/ manufacturing industries is a plus
• Good knowledge on the Employment Act
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Resourceful, highly initiative and able to work independently
• Process orientated & method driven
