QA / QC Technician (CMM/ First Article Inspection/ Night Shift/ East/ MNC)

Job Description

►First Article Inspection & CMM/ Smartscope Knowledge
►Basic: $2000 to $2500 (Depending on Experience)
►AWS & Night Shift Allowance Provided
►Working Hr: 8pm to 5:30am
►Location: Changi South (Transport Provided at Bedok/ Tanah Merah)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform First Article Inspection of parts for customers within a fixed schedule
  • Assist in IPQC( In-Process Quality Control) activities when required

 

Requirements:

  • Must be able to interpret mechanical engineering/technical drawing with knowledge of GD&T concepts
  • Advantageous if candidate knows quality assurance concepts such as AQL, 8D, FMEA and SPC
  • Must be able to communicate well with Project and Design team to coordinate product verification activities.
  • Must be able to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office Excel/Word for reporting
  • Experience on handling Coordinate Measuring Machine/Smartscope or equivalent machines advantage.
