HR Administrator (Recruitment)


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and administer the entire recruitment process to meet the Company's manpower acquisition plan and ensuring Corporate objectives are met
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities
  • Review and draft job placement advertisement
  • Source and manage the employment agencies for job placement
  • Accountable for compilation of recruitment/ manpower/ attrition statistics
  • Update and maintain employee record in the SAP system
  • Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons for employees' turnover to identify action plan for improvement

Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience
  • Good knowledge on employment legislations
  • Ability to interact with all level of staff
  • Good team player and strong customer orientation
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
